Pastor Coty Writes
School is out for the year and it will open again in September. I want to thank our God for this blessed year with the kids. No one was hurt, and we had food every single day at school. We also had good drinking water. Many thanks to each of you that contribute to the CHM ministry in Cahess. With your support, many people are blessed. We were able to pay all of our teachers for each month, according to our agreement with them.
Thank you and God bless you all.
Hebrew 6: 10
For God is not unjust. He will not forget how hard you have worked for him and how you have shown your love to him by caring for other believers, as you still do.

For this meal, instead of sardines, we ate okras with the rice. We were glad to eat what we produce. The okras are from the local gardens of the Cahess residents.

Food for the Needy Program
A Message from Pastor Coty
This truck load of rice brings hope for many people in Cahess. The people in the Food for the Needy Program are expecting this truck, filled with rice. They will be waiting, when it arrives at the distribution location. The people who cannot walk, will send someone to get their portion of rice and bring it to them. People who are able to walk, but with difficulty, will often bring an assistant. For this distribution, we were able to increase the amount of rice given to each participant. We were also able to increase the number of people who received a portion of rice.
A big thanks to our supporters in the US for their kind support to the needy ones in Cahess.

Major Help for a Family
Last month we wrote about a family who was living in a partially constructed house. We considered their situation an emergency, because the family had 4 small children. If it rained, the children would be wet indefinitely, as there was no place to dry off. They would be prone to become sick. When we at CHM became aware of this situation, we knew that we must act immediately. There was no time to place this family’s situation before you or to raise funds.
We made an agreement with Pastor Coty. The Church in Cahess would contribute the labor of installing the roof. The lumber for the roof had already been purchased and was at the site. The leadership of CHM would contribute the cost of the tin roofing material.
Pastor Coty’s Project Report
According to our agreement, the church of Cahess would do the wood part of the roof and the CHM Family would cover the cost for the tin roofing. That is exactly what has been accomplished. Now by God’s Grace the François’ family are now living in a house with a normal roof.
Now I can say that, together we made a big step. To our supporters, God is taking note of each and every action.
Pastor Coty Joseph
I am sending these pictures to remind our readers of the situation that this family was in, before the intervention of CHM and the Church of Cahess.
The Francois family will remain dry when it rains.
Hebrews 13: 16 And don’t forget to do good and to share with those in need. These are the sacrifices that please God.
